We're glad you're interested in one of the rare openings at Green Grove Cohousing. 

Our cottages range from 900 sq. ft. to 1400 sq. ft. of interior, conditioned space. The homes have varied architecture to create a pocket neighborhood with traditional styling, compatible with the character of the historic common house. The homes were built with a variety of green construction methods. Emphasis was placed on a wholistic approach to energy efficiency, optimal health and indoor air quality, and site appropriate design. Construction was completed in March 2023.

When homes become available, we invite potential buyers to explore our Path to Membership—a voluntary but encouraged process that helps introduce our community, our shared agreements, and what daily life here is like. All current residents are members.

We also offer an optional orientation for those who would like to learn more about Green Grove cohousing. The goal is to create a shared understanding between potential buyers and the community. Please note that while we encourage participation, Green Grove does not have the authority to accept or reject someone wishing to purchase a home at Green Grove Cohousing.
